Booking Terms & Conditions:
A non-refundable deposit of £40.00 is required when booking.
In the event of cancellation the deposit is forfeit. In the event of a 'No Show' or of a client giving less than 3 days notice of cancellation, the full cost of the period booked is payable. However, if we are able to re-hire the vehicle the amount from the re-hire will be deducted from the cost of the original period booked or the deposit paid less a nominal admin fee of £10.00.
In the event of curtailment of hire after commencement the hirer will be liable for the full amount of the hire less any amount taken on re-hire of the vehicle.
All efforts will be made to re-hire cancelled vehicles to minimise the cancellation charges.
